SSL Certificate, Organization Name

I'm not sure if this should be a WinHost or a RapidSSL support question.

When my email comes in to approve my RapidSSL certificate the "Organization" value is empty.

I can see "Organization" filled out when generating a CSR on the Winhost end and everything looks good when I go to submit the CSR and order a certificate.


Note: "Organization Unit" field and all other fields in the CSR work fine. It is "Organization Name" that doesn't work. I'm filling out a 16 char long value with 2 spaces and there are no special characters.

Note: I have a ticket in progress asking for an upgrade from Windows 2008 to 2012. I'm going to hold off on ordering SSL and generate a new CSR when that upgrade is done.
