How did you deploy WordPress? Did you use Web Matrix/Web Deploy? If so, then you'll need to send in a support ticket to reset the ACL: http://support.Winhost.com/KB/a890/acl-was-altered-after-using-vs-web-deploy.aspx http://blog.Winhost.com/how-to-stop-web-deploymsbuild-from-skewing-server-permissions/
I bet you're right I deployed the site with VS2010 Web Deploy and WordPress with the Winhost Site App Installer. I just filed a ticket with support. (This is the second time I've been burned by Web Deploy, when will I learn ) Thanks.
I'm glad we're able to help you solve your problem. Yup, those darn ACL permissions get misconfigured when people use web deploy on our web server. Make sure you read our knowledge base article to prevent this next time here: http://support.Winhost.com/KB/a890/acl-was-altered-after-using-vs-web-deploy.aspx
