Hey, There's a problem when using SmarterEmail's advanced search. I can get this problem to occur every time no matter the account. I opened a ticket on this problem quite some time back and it never got resolved. I sent another email on this today, but thought I'd also post here in case you guys didn't see it through the support channels. You can log into SmartEmail then go to the Advanced Search tab on the bottom-left in the nav area. Going into this area will sometimes create the error, but if it doesn't fail there then try entering a search term. It'll then fail 100% of the time. Below is a screen shot of the error message. Sorry, this is an on going issue and we have contacted SmarterTools about this. Currently the search feature in smartermail is disabled.
