I have two Winhost sites. One of them is not even responding to ping right now, and the other is. The one that's failing to respond has a dedicated IP, has an SSL cert, and is an ecommerce site. It's been like this for about 3 hours. I'm desperate to know what's going on. - Joe
What is the domain name that is failing to respond? Did you make sure that this domain name is active with the registrar? It may have expired.
