Sending email from winhost using Amazone SES

I am getting a lot of problem while sending emails. Basically I am using Amazone SES for sending mails. When I tested it on my localhost it is working fine completely but as I uploaded my application on web server it is not sending emails. Is anyone there who had gone through such problem?? Please help me out to resolve this issue??

 

Do you have any error messages or a test page we can look at?

Perhaps any code samples?
