Hello, First thing is I cannot connect to the support site. Error message I have is a standard asp exception page with message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. My problem is that I cannot connect to FTP site ftp.w13.wh-2.com using filezilla 3.6.0.2 using Require explicit FTP over TLS option. Error message is: GnuTLS error -110: The TLS connection was non-properly terminated. Thanks for help in advance,
I think you really should open up a ticket for your FTP issue. What URL are you using to access the support portal? You can also send an email directly to support by using the email address i send to you in a private message, but they will need to authenticate you so make sure to include the questions and answers to the security questions from your Control Panel.
