Hi, I have a problem with my login... Yesterday a bought the Max Plan, and today I recived the confirmation for that. But I can't enter to the site, because my login info didn't work. I tried using "Forgot Username" and send me 2 usernames (numbers both) and then I click y "Forgot Password" and send me the link to reset password but, when I try to enter to the site, with the new password recived, el portal gives me this message: Your login attempt was not successful. Please try againI can't put a Ticket, becuase I can't enter to the site. Can anyone help me with this???? Thanks all!!!!
