PHP advanced settings?

    I am migrating another website/application from other host to here and I would like to apply some advanced setting on the Winhost account. I am not sure where to go on the control panel. Could you please help?

    Settings such as:
    1. PHP Safe Mode
    2. PHP Safe Mod GID
    3. File_uploads
    etc...

    This feature has been deprecated as of PHP 5.3.0 and removed as of PHP 5.4.0.

    It is not applicable in our environment since all servers run on PhP version 5.3.10
