Hi, Suppose if I have one physical host machine with ESX (not Hyper-v). On that physical machine there are 4 VM's I have SQL Server 2012 Enterprise Edition-Per Core and SQL Server 2012 Standard Edition-Per Core. I want to install SQL Server 2012 on all 4 VM servers. SQL Server 2012 Standard Edition on 3 VM servers and SQL Server 2012 Enterprise Edition on one VM server Will this become a compliance issue if different SQL Server 2012 Editions are installed on all VM server having only one physical host. Since SQL server licensing is per-core it doesn't matter whether the server is on a VM or a standalone server.
