Hello, Using workbench to connect to mysql database in Winhost (remote host) , I have come to the data export screen and the databases are not exposed for selection. As a result, they cannot be selected for backup. see screenshot attached. Can anyone offer a solution as to how to get the databases exposed for selection and export? Cheers,
from my search I found that it could be a permissions problem. I do not have the select permission hence the hiding of the databases select option. Can Winhost kindly sort this problem?
