Does Winhost allow / enable installing all of the apps in the Microsoft Web Applications Gallery available from the web platform installer, or does it support only some of them?
You can deploy apps using webmatrix. We can't guarantee that all of the apps will work. But Microsoft staff have used webmatrix to test deploying apps and they have given their seal of approval.
