We have a Max plan with a few active email accounts. We are finding that 500MB for all users is way too small. Other hosting companies appear to offer much more space. Yes, we can upgrade to 1000MB with Ultimate plan, but it still seems a bit small for double the price. I suggest that you increase your email space allowance.
Thanks for the suggestion Ernie. Our mail servers don't run off centralized file storage, so the space on each one is limited to the physical drives in the box. That's our main roadblock to increasing email space, but you aren't the first to request it, and we're looking in to possible solutions.
