HTML with SSI ?

  1. Hi, I just registered with Winhost and I have a few include statements in my HTML page but it doesn't seem to work. Does Winhost offer Server Side include commands for HTML?

    I've tried 2 different includes and none of them work.

    <!--#include virtual="name.htm" -->
    <!--#include FILE="name.htm" -->

    All the HTML files are in the same directory and they all have ".htm" extensions.

    If there's no SSI, is there another way around it without using javascript? Any help would be appreciated.

    Can you open a ticket to support about this?

  3. Sure thing. Submitted a ticket.

  4. Tech support has told me to add a script in the IIS to allow HTML to run SSI ... can anyone give me step by step instructions on how to do this?

    I've downloaded the IIS 7 Manager but I'm not sure where to connect to?
