So I’m trying to receive my SSL certificate that I purchased from Winhost for $29.99 just yesterday. I made my approver address. Or at least I think I made my approver address by referencing this article at this link http://webcache.googleusercontent.c...om+my+Winhost+domain&cd=3&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us The address I created for my site is [email protected]. I can send and receive email fine from this address however I do not see my ssl certification from Winhost.com in my INBOX. I have heeded the warning by not “Generating New CSR.” However I’m tempted to push that button in my frustration. So how do I get my SSL certification that I paid for? OR maybe I missed a step?
do not regenerate CSR... it will void the original request. i recommend you 1) Try resend the approver email from the control panel 2) if you still don't get the email, open a support ticket.
