Basic. I suggest you start with the Basic plan for this. You can upsize later down the road as your site activity and site requirements grow.

PHP and MySQL is supported. Infact MySQL is one of the databases offered on all plans. So you get two databases. One is MS SQL 2008 and the other is MySQL.
