  1. I can't say the hosting service provided is perfect but for a new company and for the price it surely can't be beaten.

    The issues are minor ones such as no phone support and the domain pointers did take me a while to get setup properly.

    However altogether you guys are doing well, the IIS and SQL Manager support make like so much easier along with the perfectly simple control panel.

    Phone support would be tough to provide at our price point. We could probably use an offshore service to handle phones, but we choose not to "outsource" any support. From what we have seen elsewhere, that only degrades the quality of the service.

    I would also like to add that our forum is also a good source to get some technical support. Feel free to post any technical questions in our forum and we'll try to do our best to post a reply as soon as possible.
