Great so far

I just signed up for a WinMax account and I've been really impressed so far.

migrating my email and openid settings from my old host was a snap and your control panel is a pleasure to use.

The three things that really sold me:

1) The fact that you guys only charge monthly because you "must earn your business every month" really impressed me.

2) your website is clean, well organized, and informative (which is why I chose you over discountasp to be honest, their site hurts my head)

3) you guys use the newest technologies.

Special bonus reason: you don't look shady.

Anyway, I'm really impressed so far and thought you'd like to know that I'm happy.

P.S. I really like the way you handle the trolls on the forums. I hate that you guys have to deal with them, but I guess that means you must be doing something right. Nice to see the mods here have a nice sense of humor.

It hurts my head too, but you can't say it isn't informative! Rarely will you see such an awe-inspiring collection of information gathered in one place.

As for trolls, what can you do? They will always be with us. It is their special purpose in life.

 

Hank you seriously need to get out of the IT industry and consider a career in comedy, you would do very well.

 

But why can't I have it all? Is that so much to ask? To combine the edge-of-your-seat thrills of hosting along with the organic satisfaction of comedy...it could be a whole new frontier.
