Hi Is it possible to forward emails to more than one email address? I tried added something like: [email protected], [email protected] in the Forwarding Address field but [email protected] is automatically deleted when I clicked Save. Thanks Gavin
If you need to have an address that forwards the received message to multiple recipients, you'll need to create an alias. To create alias: * Login to your SmarterMail as the administrators * Click on "Settings" button * Expand "Domain Settings" folder * Click on Aliases link * Click on "New" button Please see this article for detailed instructions.
Apart of aliases, I found out that using a semicolon ";" instead of a comma "," works too. However after pressing Save button the semicolon changes to a comma! So Users > New > Forwarding, then in the Forwarding address box enter: [email protected]; [email protected]
