I know that Winhost allows a temp domain to use while setting up a site before the actual domain is in process of being transferred or activated. But do they allow a way to test asp.net form mail? I think the smtp server is currently required to point to mail.mydomain.com. That would require my domain to be fully activated before I could test. The problem I have is that I need my form mail completely operational before I actually transfer my domain. It wouldn't be an issue except that my old site at another company still uses framework 2.0 mail. The code on my new site will use the newer way to send mail in 3.5. I don't want my mail to be down a couple of days while I work out the kinks of the new system. Any ideas or workarounds?

Try using the mail server m01.internetmailserver.net. The SMTP authentication will still be the full email address of your POP account along with the associated password with it.

    As an example, postmaster@[yourdomainname].com
