I received an email from you that my domain, soloinminneapolis.com, was successfully transferred from GoDaddy.com to Winhost. I also read the Knowledge Base article that there would be no "down time" on the transfer. The homepage of the website (blog) can be accessed; however, the individual pages are inaccessible with a 404 error. Is this normal? Is there a lag time? Also, the email said the domain was transferred successfully, but when I go to the control panel it still says "pending transfer". Should I just wait a while longer and then it will show up as active?
It appears that you haven't uploaded any files to your site account at Winhost yet. Your domain name is resolving correctly, and there is some delay before the "Pending Transfer" status (24 hours) will be updated in your Control Panel due to how the information is polled in the backend. The information sent in the email is correct.
Ok. I did download a XML sitemap, so I will try uploading it once the transfer has gone through. I'll wait a little longer.
