Has anyone else hit this - if I run my DNN site in Integrated mode, CAPTCHA doesn't work. If I change it to Classic, it does?
What is the error message you are getting? I believe that CAPTCHA is a 3rd party module that you can add with DNN. DNN itself does not come with this. Do you know what version of this module you are using?
CAPTCHA is part of DNN, and I've found others having the same problem (I didn't come up with the fix on my own ) I know it's not ideal, but it worked. As far as error, you get none - CAPTCHA just doesn't show. I did find one crazy bug while trying to figure this out. If you try to register with a user that already exist, the page will refresh without CAPTCHA. You can then create a user and bypass CAPTCHA (let the register DOS begin ). I reported the bug to the DNN team.
