Despite having a dmarc TXT record in DNS, it apparently is not done correctly. When checking the domain via mxtoolbox.com, the error category is "dmarc", and the result is "DNS Record not found". My TXT record, which was generated via https://www.unlocktheinbox.com/dmarcwizard/ v=DMARC1; p=none; sp=none; rua=mailto:******@gmail.com; ruf=mailto:******@gmail.com; rf=afrf; pct=100; ri=86400 Perhaps the more important question is why is the record not found?
I believe for DMARC to work you also need a DKIM record/key, which we have to set up for you. Open up a support ticket and they should be able to help you out.
