I just purchased a Basic account and deployed a very simple lightswitch web app with a few tables, with a few records each (I mean : 10 records, 5 records and so on...my first goal was mainly the deployment test). Deployment was published flawlessly and I'm very happy with your control panel features. But I see that the app is very slow in retrieving those few records and I was wondering where the main problem can be... I'm from Italy and a ping test to "ns1.Winhost.com" results in a high latency (180ms). I can consider upgrading to "Max" plan, but infrastructure characteristics are reporting the same hardware. Does the different plan's "site memory allocation" can impact significantly on performance ? Do you think latency could be the only reason of this poor performance ? As I'm new to LS and web development in general, I would be glad you should share your thoughts on this matter... (I don't need site's web pages and emails right now, my first need is a hosting for sl/ls apps and their database.) Thank you in advance
