I followed the instructions as per http://blog.Winhost.com/using-mysqldump-to-backup-and-restore-your-mysql-databasetables/ but I can not seem to restore the backup I made I have also tried using the workbench but that give me an 'Access Denied' error mysql doesn't give me any error - it just sits there and doesn't tell me if it has completed or is running or has errored...???? do I need to create and admin user so I can use the workbench and if so how do i do that?
