Can't receive mail in SmarterMail Enterprise 9.4

  1. I can send mail from SmarterMail Enterprise 9.4 to external mail account. Cannot receive mail from external mail account.

    Message returned; Error message received:

    Reporting-MTA: dns; fed1rmfepo202.cox.net

    Received-From-MTA: dns; fed1rmimpo110 (68.230.241.159)

    I have tried numerous configurations.
    Ideas, solutions welcomed.

    The MX record of your domain does not point to our mail server, therefore email messages are not being routed to your SmarterMail server:

    injectorinspector.com MX preference = 30, mail exchanger = mx.injectorinspector.com

    You need to point MX record to the SmarterMail email server provided for your Winhost site.
