Cannot receive email?

  1. Hi, I do not know what need to be done in order to receive email in SmarterMail. From your online instruction. I need specify domain in smarterMail, but the tab mentioned in the user guide is not available. Please help.

    I know the STMP server is mail.mydomainname.com, I need to know the username and password for this account.

    Are you using the web client or an email client to access your email? You can open up a support ticket, and we can look into it further.
