Cannot connect my FTP

I just opened a new account. I am not able to connect my FTP: ftp.netforit.com using FileZilla but able to connect my Secondary FTP:ftp.netforit.w01.Winhost.com with my ftp account. Can you help me fix this. Thanks.

 

That's because the domain doesn't point to our name servers yet:

Domain Name: NETFORIT.COM
Registrar: GODADDY.COM, INC.
Name Server: NS1.MAIN-HOSTING.COM
Name Server: NS2.MAIN-HOSTING.COM
Name Server: NS3.MAIN-HOSTING.COM
Name Server: NS4.MAIN-HOSTING.COM​

The name servers should be set to:

ns1.Winhost.com
ns2.Winhost.com
ns3.Winhost.com​

 

I pointed to my domain to ns1.Winhost.com, ns2.. from GoDaddy.
Now I can lanuch www.netforit.com, but still cannot FTP:netforit.com. Here is the errors from FileZilla:

Response: 530 Login authentication failed means you did connect to the server but the username or password were wrong. You have the username right, so double check your password.

 

Thank you Hank for the reply. I can sucessfully ftp to ftp.netforit.w01.Winhost.com without problems. Here is the sucessful log message. I did try many times, but still unable ftp to ftp.netforit.com with same userID and password
