I am not able to login into my account and I am not getting anything when I use the reset password function. I know my username (e.g. number) but apparently the password to my account was changed. I checked the 2 email accounts that were used with my account but did not receive anything from Winhost. I have access to my website, which I can back up remotely. Is there any other way I can contact support in order to reset my password? Should I just issue a chargeback and move on to another hosting provider? Thanks in advance
