All foreign character shown as ????

    My details:

    1) DB: Access DB
    2) Language used my web site: both English and Korean

    Problem is any Korean characterwritten in Korean shows up as "?".

    I can see Korean fonts where I directly typed in HTML documents. But when it comes to retrieving data from Access DB, it all changes to "?"
