If you feel that your order did not go through, email our support department right away and they can check the system and verify if your order has gone through. To help them investigate the problem more efficiently and quickly, make sure you add the domain name you used to register the Site Account, and the email address you used for the contact information. They'll go through the system and double check for you. Some times the bank of the credit card holder may temporarily be down due to some schedule maintenance, if that is the case it can delay the provisioning of a Winhost account, but our system is designed to retry it again after a specified period of time.
