The web application I am running is stating that it can't connect to the remote server for updates. The developers are saying this is because my application isn't configured for external internet access. They said since I can't RDP into a console, I should ask my hosting support. I have IIS manager set up, but I'm not seeing a way to do it through there.
Hi Ted, Is the remote server you're trying to connect to behind a firewall? Because we don't block outbound connections.
