hi, I am getting a web page stating that the web page is unavailable when I navigate to the http://96.31.35.35 ( the ip address of the server ). But I have uploaded files to the root of the server but get 404 when i try to get to any of the web pages. Can anyone help? Regards, Stephen
This is a static shared IP of the web server that hosts your site. It is not the unique IP of your site, therefore you cannot access your site by this IP. You can access your site only by your primary domain, alternative url, and domain pointers.
