Is Web Deploy for VS 2012 supported? With my first attempt to "Validate Connection"; it is failing. The service URL is the same that I've used in VS 2010 deployments and the username and pw are my ftp username and pw. Same as in VS 2010 deployments. Thanks, CP
Yes, it is supported. You might need to open up a support ticket so we can look into the issue. Please make sure you provide the full error message and/or screen shot. It will help us troubleshoot the problem.
Try it anyway from the Build menu I got the same validation failure. However, if you select Publish Selection from the Build menu it works. At least it does for me.
