I'm able to access my site by using the Secondary URL, but when I try to navigate a browser to the Primary URL it doesn't work. I thought at one point I heard something about it needing to be finished setting up after we were sure the site worked, but I can't find anything about that. What should I do?
Did you update the name servers your domain name points to? Make sure your domain name is pointing to name servers... ns1.Winhost.com ns2.Winhost.com ns3.Winhost.com This is done through your registrar.
