SQL Server Connection Issues

I'm installing DNN Community Edition. The current version. I created a SQL database.

The DNN install script conected to the DB than after a minute or so an error came back.

I check the DB and the db grew from 1 MB to 4 MB. Check out the attached screenshots for the error message

 

Does it time out every time you try to install?

 

So far yes it does time out every time. So far I tried 4 times with the same resaults
