   You can download your site files using FTP. For MS SQL, there is a SQL backup tool you can run in the control panel.

   You can use FTP to download your files. There are many ftp clients. Check out our knowledge base - http://support.Winhost.com/KB/c241/ftp-program-configuration.aspx
