The most likely causes are the server is down for maintenance, there may be a network problem, or the site may be experiencing excessive load. Is any problems from your side? Do you have the same issue if you use the temporary URL? (http://gaganew1.w06.Winhost.com/) I'm asking because you're currently using CloudFlare, so I'm not too sure if the issue is being caused by them or not.
