Hi, I'm having issues seeing my webpage on the primary address on this server (shazaar.com & www.shazaar.com). If I go to the secondary address, the site is visible. However, none of the links works. The links only work if it is pointing to www.shazaar/...., but not shazaar.com/.... Can you please explain why this is not working. Thanks Phillon
Perform a ping test to shazaar.com and shazaarc.w03.Winhost.com. Give us a copy of the results. http://support.Winhost.com/KB/a560/general-network-troubleshooting-tools-ping-traceroute.aspx I pulled up your sites (shazaar.com and shazaarc.w03.Winhost.com) and I did not see any difference between the two of them. Both are pulling up the same site. I did see a broken image and when I inspected the picture it points to a folder called Banner_Images. Are you sure you have this folder uploaded to your root?
