I click on the link in the login screen because I couldn't remember my password. I receive an email "Winhost Password Reset" with a link - resetPassword.aspx?id=xxxxxxx. I click the link and it takes me to the login screen again and says "Your newly generated Control Panel password has been sent to the primary account contact." I never receive the 2nd email with the generated password.
I think you sent a support ticket in. We resent you a password reset letter. You may also want to check your spam folders for the second letter. We tested the functionality with a test account, and the letters were sent correctly.
