Hi all, last year I paid a year of Winhost Max hosting. Now the year passed, my account is expired. I turned Auto Renewal to OFF since I didn't want to keep my site online. When I visit my account dashboard its telling me I have €106.41 outstanding balance which obviously I won't pay since I want to cancel my account. What is the correct procedure to cancel my account completely. Thanks!
