NEw to web developing, created a tiny site in web developer 2012 express, using ASP.Net blank form. All I put on my page was Hello or something like that. I uploaded it using the Publish feature and got a "front page error". Don't know what I am doing wrong. Also, copied ove the files using FTP and still cannot get the web site to run. I know I am missing just a few simple items but not sure what they are. The site is www.sandjgames.com. Let me know what files I could upload to help solve this. Thanks!
Seems to work if when creating the site I select .NET Framework 4.0 in lieu of 4.5. I guess this is what I should be selecting. Any comments or further direction are still welcome.
The .NET 4.0 Framework is only available on our Windows 2008/IIS7 servers which is the server you're on. The .NET 4.5 Framework is only available on our Windows 2012/IIS8 servers which you can move to by submitting a support ticket.
