My site went down, and I submitted a ticket 3.5 hours ago. No response so far -- the ticket just says "active." I don't know if that means my ticket has been read & someone is working on the problem, or if my ticket is still unread & stuck in the queue. Are support tickets triaged at all? Not to be self-serving, but I'm thinking a site that's down should be a high priority to resolve.
yup My site is down as well. I have went to a few of my friends' sites that I know are hosted through Winhost and they are also down.
