hi, i have puplished my site to the Winhost , at the moment i can login to site and when i do something , i get this error. ( i got this error in local too after starting related service site worked fine.) but now i dont know how to get this service started or what to do next. plesae help me. full detailed erros is below. ome errors occured. Please try again later. Network access for Distributed Transaction Manager (MSDTC) has been disabled. Please enable DTC for network access in the security configuration for MSDTC using the Component Services Administrative tool.

Not really too sure what othe alternatives you have. You will find it very difficult to enlist the services of a shared hosting provider to offer MSDTC. This is a very resource intensive and security comprehensive service on the SQL server. If you really need to have this you may need to go look for dedicated hosting services and not a shared hosting service.
Hi, ray, my budget is 25$ per month, i dont think im going to get dedicated server for this price. ill make a instensive search until i find shared hosting with this service. and i guess i have to give up Winhost.com

yes. it was nice trying out Winhost. thank you for all your help. i wish you could have one of your shared server this service enabled. Why do you need asp.net transaction? You can pretty much do everything with SQL Transaction.
I have yet to hear of a shared hosting company that support MSDTC. There's some technical difficulties that rather difficult to resolve.
