When I received my SSL certificates, I only installed the Web Server CERTIFICATE, without the INTERMEDIATE CA. I thought that I could go back by disabling the certificate, but now it just seems to be disabled and cannot even enable it. How do I fix that now? And how can I instal the INTERMEDIATE CA that I forgot to install to begin with?
