I can't connect to my website

what is going wrong? I can't connect to my website www.superfootballmanager.com

I have several Sites and Domain Pointers which are currently down, and have been down for several hours. There is no announcement in the “Outages and maintenance” thread. A support ticket has been submitted, but there’s nothing I can do. It’s quite frustrating.

My website is down and has been for over 1 hour. can't access FTP either!

would be nice to have some news on that..

 

Has anyone heard from these people? I would at least like to get a message that they are working on it. I've opened a ticket and still have no response.

There was an issue with the web server your accounts resides in. That issue should have been resolved.
