Just a heads up, the following article in the knowledge base seems outdated: http://support.Winhost.com/KB/a666/how-to-set-up-filezilla-to-use-ftp-over-ssl.aspx I just tried to connect to my hosting (which is hosted on a Windows 2012 with IIS 8.0) using Filezilla 3.7.1 and everything worked fine. These are the steps: 1. Click the button "Open Site Manager". 2. Click the button "New Site" and name the site. 3. Fill the following fields: Host: <your ftp address here, you can find it in your Winhost Control Panel> Protocol: FTP - File Transfer Protocol Encryption: Require explicit FTP over TLS Logon Type: Normal User: <your username here> Password: <your password here> Good luck!
