Hi I represent a paying customer and I/we need some help.

  1. Winhost has been good as far as I am concerned but I recently had to talk my client out of switching to a different host because of the problems they have had. I am trying to help them resolve those problems but I cannot even login and there is no phone number to call Winhost. This is a serious problem.

    I built a system for them and got them all set up here. A few months later someone got one of their email addresses and started sending spam with it which caused Winhost to turn off their email. Not a problem, I said, we can fix this.

    But now I cannot login using the credentials that used to work. I can't use forgot username password because the email address is the same username and password that are not working.

    So I need to get this reset immediately. Does anyone here actually work for Winhost or have any contact information I can use to reach them?

    If you cannot log into the helpdesk, you can email us directly. You can either contact support at Winhost.com or billing at Winhost.com.

    We communicate with the admin contact of the account. If you cannot retrieve these emails, then you will need to contact our billing department and go through an authentication process. We cannot just give out our customer information to anyone who asks for it.

  3. okay that works. please ask them to look for me. i'm trying to get this done today. i have been happy, technically speaking with Winhost. i just need to get this resolved.
