The application pool is set to automatically recycle under the following conditions: 1) Causes the server’s CPU to exceed usage/utilization of 70% or greater in 300 seconds (5 minutes) on Windows 2008/IIS7. CPU usage is throttled on Windows 2012/IIS8 which may cause your application to experience some latency. 2) Exceeds the Idle Timeout limit (no activity) of 20 minutes. 3) Exceeds the 200-300 MB memory limit for your hosting account.
