I have just tried to email 'to' and 'from' my website's contact email inside my Windows Mail and I am sending and receiving nothing. I have not set this up in so long I cannot remember what to do. I have my Winhost login details and I have a password for something called 'SmarterMail Manager'. Can someone point me in the direction of where I go for SmarterMail and what I need to do to get this running in Windows Mail?
Open up a support ticket. That'll be the best. You can log into your control panel at https://cp.winhost.com and use the Support link. Or you can log into the helpdesk at https://support.winhost.com using your control panel credentials. Or you can email support at winhost.com, but you'll need to go through authentication.
