I have had email forwarding enabled on my Winhost hosted website email account for a long, long time and it seems to forward most email but plenty email does not get forwarded on. Even when the sending email domain is on the SPAM whitelist it can be kind of iffy if it gets forwarded to my gmail account. All of this is occurring with SPAM filtering set to no action, greylisting disabled, etc. Is there anything else I should check, because it's hard to predict which emails I will actually get.
Hi mjreagle, Have you opened up a support ticket through our support portal? Our support team should be able to help you out with this situation and at the least let you know if the emails are ever received by our mail server.
Check this out too. Messages sent from Gmail will not forward to Gmail though an alias here. That could be part of the problem.
